At Flen Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Certain items such as sale products, perishable goods, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
